Job Summary:

• The ServiceNow Architect will help design, implement, and ensure successful execution of ServiceNow in areas such as GRC (Governance Risk Compliance), IRM (Integrated Risk Management), SecOps, and SIRM (Security Incident and Response Management).
• This role will involve working with a diverse team of developers, architects, and configuration specialists to ensure a smooth implementation of the platform and security protocols, ultimately streamlining the client’s service and risk management processes.

• Design and implement ServiceNow architectural solutions for GRC, SecOps, SIRM, and IRM
• Collaborate with team members across application configuration, production support, and architects to ensure system integration and security
• Attend daily morning standups
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture requirements and implement architectural solutions to meet business needs
• Ensure that implementations meet security standards and align with the client’s broader risk management goals

• 8-10 years of experience with ServiceNow specifically within implementations and a security mindset
• Specific experience implementing ServiceNow within a GRC environment (preferably) or within IRM, SecOps, or SIRM
• 2+ years experience leading architectural design and implementation for ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
