Position Details:

Job Tile: Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX 78727
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: $16/hr - $20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers
- Resolve problems and respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Document all encounters in online logs
- Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
- Meet individual performance standards
- Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment
- Demonstrated ability to remain in past positions for 1 year or more
- Availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
