Duration: 12 months contract

Pay Range: $16/hr - $20/hr

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers
  • Resolve problems and respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Document all encounters in online logs
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
  • Meet individual performance standards
  • Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume Contact Center environment
  • Demonstrated ability to remain in past positions for 1 year or more
  • Availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
