About the Role:
- We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain, modify, and execute testing plans, test cases, low-level automated test scripts, and test scenarios.
- The Test Analyst will collaborate with the Technology team, report on testing metrics, and help enhance the use of technology in testing.
- Effective communication and collaboration with other teams are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Technology team to develop accurate and thorough test plans and test cases with pre-determined results.
- Execute tests and review test data within specified scheduled dates.
- Analyze test and operational problems to report defects to the Technology team.
- Report errors through a structured defect tracking process. - Communicate weekly with management verbally and via written detailed status reports regarding potential problems and concerns.
- Develop and maintain business and technical knowledge through training, workshops, reading, and research.
- Review and analyze business and system requirements and specifications for system programs and modules.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve issues and verify satisfaction of internal and external customer requests. - Participate in project work group meetings.
