• Job Title: Transmission Line Engineer
• Duration:  1YR (Potential Conversion/Extension)

• Location: Fort Wort, TX (76102)

• Pay Range: $60/Hr - $70/Hr

Day To Day:

• Conduct client meetings and consultations to define project scopes, locations, and specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements across various disciplines.
• Manage administrative tasks and oversee the work of junior engineers within the team.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced engineers, serving as a resource for problem-solving and best practices.
• Utilize personal computer-based engineering design, communication, scheduling, estimating, and word processing computer programs such as MicroStation, PLS-CADD, and Ms Office products.
• Utilize mainframe computer-based material processing and accounting systems such as MAXIMO and FIM.
• Provide design solutions and engineering designs as requested to resolve transmission line, substation, and/or switching station performance problems.

• Proven experience in linear infrastructure projects, including power lines and pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Expertise in PLS-CADD software.
• Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

• P.E. License (Strong preference)
