About the Role:

  • Join our Margins Operations Team at a global financial institution as an Operations Analyst.
  • This entry-level position is responsible for processing orders and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • You will play a crucial role in the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify trades to ensure booking accuracy
  • Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations on time
  • Coordinate transaction processing and collaborate on solutions
  • Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities
  • Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
  • Assess risk in business decisions, prioritizing reputation and compliance

Education:

  • GCSE educated with grades A-C minimum, including Maths and English
  • Previous experience in data analysis preferred

Skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple activities in a high-risk environment
  • Knowledge of macros
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in data analysis
