Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our team focused on developing an end-to-end testing platform that is flexible, scalable, and capable of automating all types of tests across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor team members.
• Lead active development of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the testing platform.
• Optimize and simplify the testing infrastructure by reducing application interdependencies.
• Work closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and clients to ensure project success.
• Solve complex technical challenges using the latest technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Python – Strong expertise in backend development.
• OpenShift – Experience with container orchestration and deployment.
• Kafka – Knowledge of event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices – Ability to mentor and ensure high-quality code.
