Location: Austin, TX 78759 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (potential extension/conversion)
Overview:
Looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to drives headcount management (open positions and the expense there associated), and analytics.
Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years of workforce planning, business strategy, or equivalent experience with a Bachelor's Degree is must.
• Heavy Excel, Workday and Resource Planning experience at a leadership level.
• Heavy Excel, Workday and Resource Planning experience at a leadership level.
• Ability to work in a global environment.
• Experience working with Position Management is a plus.
• Prior consulting or corporate experience focused on using data to uncover insights.
• Experience working with HR/organizational data and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience building leadership presentations.
• Program and Project management Experience.
• Payments industry experience desired.
