Job Title: GIS Analyst

Duration: 12 months contract up to 2yrs

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Hybrid: 3 day Onsite and 2 day Remote

Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day business needs for visualization maps and report creations.
Responsible for reviewing data quality and performing minor data edits.
Facilitate the acquisition and importation of external data sources into the GIS datasets.
Participate in the testing of changes, enhancements, and upgrades to the Transmission GIS.
Perform data extractions from the GIS data sets on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

(2) years of experience in GIS methodologies using ArcGIS software
Experience in using ArcGIS Desktop version 10.7 or higher, and/or ArcGIS Pro 2.0 or higher is preferred
Basic understanding of GIS concepts, image interpretation, and conveying GIS/spatial information to non-GIS/technical people
