Job Title: Data Entry/Documentation Processor
Client: Banking
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, 45227 - Onsite
Duration: 3-4 Months (Extension based on performance)
Pay range: $16 /hr. - $18 /hr.(Without any Benefits)
Shift Hours: Mon - Fri 7:00AM to 3:30 PM
 

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deposit Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing transactions for deposit in a production environment, following established procedures and utilizing computer-based software unique to the area.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manually extract payments from envelopes, separate and sort checks and invoices to prepare deposits according to client specifications
  • Accurately input payment amounts from checks into a unique software application using a PC
  • Follow specific instructions for each account to accurately prepare deposits
  • Collect and prepare check copies for re-association as needed
  • Sort completed batches in outgoing mail area for return to the client
  • Maintain department quality standards and meet or exceed established processing procedures
  • Perform general housekeeping in and around the work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
