Job Title:   Customer Service Representative  

Locations:  Phoenix, AZ / Chicago, IL / Jacksonville, FL 

Pay Range: $25 - $30  

Duration:    6 - 9 (Extensions Possible) 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years' experience with customer service and/or treasury support  
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills. 
  • MS Word, Outlook, Excel.

  • Ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.

  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
