Role: Corporate Trust Associate 

Client: Banking 

Contract duration: 10 months + possible extension 

Location: Wilmington, DE 19801 

Why 

• Middle office team within their global capital markets business, that's the group that provides corporate trust services to institutional clients.  

• We have thousands of trusts accounts that we are responsible for administrating within a government portal agreement and doing what that agreement needs to be doing.  

• Once of the processes that ensures that is a periodic account review, look at the account, go through the governing agreement, go through the questions to make sure they have the agreements, the investments and fees are appropriate, we do a review of every account to do what needs to be done.  

• On a monthly basis, we have about 2,000 reviews that need to be done every month.  

• We have contractors in place that are paired with every product group, this opening would be paired with the public finance group responsible for municipal bonds and reviewing those transactions to make sure we're doing what we need to do. 

Responsibilities 

• There is no client interaction, they will work with relationship managers internally, this person's role would be locating documents on a shared system, run reports, take screenshots, answer questions as a part of their review.  

Must Haves 

• Corporate trust experience, if not,  document review experience or contract review experience 

• Reviewing loan agreements, KYC roles 

• Soft skills - ability to prioritize and work through high volume
