About the Role:
The Data Program Lead will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. This position will involve leading applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes
- Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high-level problems
- Provide expertise in the area of advanced knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross-functional projects, or multiple projects
- Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Required Skill:
- Strong knowledge of applications programming
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex business processes
- Understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to assess risk and make sound business decisions
- Compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
