Position: Appian Developer

Location: Kennesaw, Richmond and Charlotte

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)  

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our team. This role involves developing internal web applications using the latest technologies to support critical banking functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian BPM development and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement software-based solutions based on business requirements
• Develop, enhance, debug, support, and test internal web applications
• Perform quality assurance and final testing of other developers' code, especially for break/fix items
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development processes

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of Appian development and delivery experience
• Hands-on experience with Appian version 19.x and above
• Strong understanding of BPM-based platforms
• Proficient in coding/configuration of:
• SAIL
• Process Models
• Expressions
• Groups & Roles
• Web APIs
• Integrations
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
