Day to day:

• 5+ years in Product Design, with a significant emphasis on UI, visual, and interaction design.
• 5+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
• Demonstrated experience shipping products across platforms and geos as a designer, while coaching others.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Appreciation for all design forms: interaction, visual, content, motion, and research.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Miro, usertesting.com, Dovetail, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong systems thinker experienced in defining patterns, style guides, user testing, and building prototypes (low and high-fidelity).
• Solid understanding of software development and how to collaborate with developers.
• Self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and laser-sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Must Have:

• Strong portfolio focused on UI desiging
• Strong communication skills

Pay Range:

• $50 to $71 per hour
