Pay Rate: ($45-$50)

Description:

• Organisation's Health, Safety & Sustainability team is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Curriculum Designer to develop short, engaging training content for staff and students.
• This is a hands-on, campus role focused on turning complex safety and technical concepts into modern, accessible learning experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design and script 5–15 min training videos, eLearning modules, and microlearning resources.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Use tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, or LMS platforms to create and deploy training.
• Incorporate interactive elements (quizzes, scenarios, real-world examples).
• Track learner participation and feedback to improve training.
• Suggest innovative approaches (gamification, AR/VR, microlearning).

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years’ experience in instructional design, eLearning, or curriculum development.
• Strong video editing and content authoring skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Work Conditions

• On-campus role with travel across campus for filming and training.
• Driving is required within the campus.
