Job Title: Java Angular Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with around 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a front-end focus (60%) in Angular and solid back-end proficiency (40%) in Java/Spring Boot.

This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive team environment. You’ll receive mentorship while contributing to meaningful development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using Angular (v8+)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend logic using Java & Spring Boot
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate design into functional components
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization efforts
• Assist in writing unit/integration tests to ensure code quality
• Work within Agile/Scrum development processes and attend regular standups
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement best practices and design patterns
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Angular (8+) components, modules, services, routing, RxJS
• Solid Java SE foundations
• 2+ years of experience with Spring Boot — REST APIs, dependency injection, data access

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60– $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
