Lead the brand moving forward

Lots of cross functional collaboration in war rooms with other team members

Mentoring junior designers, potential for building a team underneath this person in the future.

Must haves:

10+ years of experience — needs to be pretty senior and has done everything in the realm of Product Design i9ncluding mentoring junior Product Designers

Customer centric solutions/Design thinking
-
SaaS experience/background - FULL END-TO-END LIFECYCLE (meaning from idea inception, to validations, design, development, QA, design thinking questions, workshops, build user/buyer personas to delivering the SaaS product prototype)

Familiarity with React - not in terms of coding but they will be communicating with developers so it is important that they understand the front end technologies like React as to how the design is effecting the software front/backend

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucid Charts, etc.

Experience designing for controlled regions- multi tendencies' feature flagging and controlled releases for phased rollouts

Experience with ser centric design, human centric design, cross collaboration
