- Evaluate the maturity of existing processes, tools, and technologies, including Azure data platforms, Informatica suite, AWS Connect, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience products.

- Develop a comprehensive architecture strategy that integrates Azure data platform, Azure Databricks, and Informatica products to support digital marketing initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational marketing efficiency, and innovation in cloud computing, contact center systems, and data analytics.
- Create a holistic roadmap for consistent tool adoption, high availability, and reliability, incorporating redundancies, failover mechanisms, and data-driven recommendations.
- Design and implement scalable, secure solutions that ensure seamless integration between platforms, meeting business requirements for customer engagement and internal workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to translate business needs into technical architectures.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and proactively optimize systems for performance and growth.
- Ensure consistent usage of tools across the organization through hands-on implementation, training, and best practice guidance.
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing, data/AI architecture, cloud technologies, and operations contact center systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, processes, and project progress.
- Present reports on system performance, roadmap milestones, and stakeholder updates to drive informed decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
- Performance will be measured through milestones in roadmap delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and contributions to AI foundational work.
- High performers may see extensions or full-time offers within 6 months; underperformance could lead to early termination.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, data engineering, or related fields, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Expert-level technical knowledge in IT architecture, application systems design, and integration for large-scale deployments.
- Demonstrated experience in operations and digital marketing, with strong focus on:
- AWS Connect for contact center operations.
- Salesforce for CRM and customer engagement.
- Adobe Experience product suite for digital marketing personalization and analytics.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (Azure preferred), operations contact center systems, digital marketing technologies, and data platform integration.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator/Architect, or Adobe Experience Manager certifications.
- ITIL v3 Foundation or higher certification for IT service management.
- Strong grasp of relational data structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Proficiency in data warehousing methodologies and tools (e.g., ETL processes, data modeling).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Success in this role demands more than technical prowess; you must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate dynamic challenges, including rapid changes driven by AI advancements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders and provide clear guidance.
- Adaptability and resilience to embrace frequent shifts in requirements and priorities.
- Proactive mindset for identifying innovations and driving team efficiency.
- Candidates lacking the must-have skills or demonstrating weak soft skills (e.g., poor collaboration) will be disqualified. No immediate red flags noted beyond these.
- This role is intellectually stimulating but demanding due to its fast-evolving nature—AI-driven changes can shift priorities quickly, requiring agility and a willingness to adapt. However, it offers unparalleled value:
- Career Growth: Direct involvement in establishing data architecture foundation for AI deployment, ideal for adding "AI experience" to your resume.
- Impact: Support platform enablement for data, AI, and analytics, enabling business excellence in customer-centric initiatives.
- Team Fit: Join a lean, high-impact team (currently 1 member, onboarding 1 FTE) with opportunities for visibility and long-term roles.
