Senior Customer Service Representative

- 3-5+ years’ experience with customer service in an enterprise banking or financial call center environment.
- Strong soft skills and a "client delight" focused approach.
- Proven ability to multitask, especially between computer systems.
- Proactive communicator: on time, engaged, and willing to openly communicate.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Receptive to feedback, growth-minded, trainable, and willing to learn.
- FORMER Banking/Finance consultant/employee.
- Banking/treasury/finance experience ideal.
- 3-5 years research background (e.g., Back/middle office work – reviewing, reporting, analyzing, etc.).
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries received from high-revenue clients via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve challenging issues related to treasury, cash management, card, and/or depository products.
- Conduct in-depth research to provide comprehensive resolutions. This is a research-driven function, not basic customer service.
- Handle an average of 25-30 calls daily. While there are no strict talk time metrics, the focus is on resolving the issue (average talk time is $\sim$10 minutes).
- Navigate and toggle between multiple complex systems simultaneously.
- Collaborate with internal business partners as needed to resolve client inquiries, issues and provide technical support.
- Ensure all actions adhere to risk/audit perspectives.
- The role involves talking to commercial/business clients about a wide range of Treasury products (not singularly focused).
