Job Description: 

• Python Programming with AI/ML knowledge 
• We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with expertise in Python programming and AI/ML to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions. 
• This role involves leveraging data science techniques and machine learning models to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

• Develop scalable data pipelines and applications using Python and related libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Implement MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and Responsible AI principles.

• 3+ years of experience in Python programming and AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and orchestration tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Domain expertise in Telecoms
