Overview:
The Finance Lead is responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, reporting, and spend management for corporate functions. This role partners with business teams to support strategic decisions while ensuring accurate and timely financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual Plan, LRP, and LBE cycles, including P&L, headcount, capital, and project expense forecasts.
- Manage monthly close activities, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and approve spend against POs and support the Capital/RCE process.
- Provide financial insights, identify risks/opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A experience.
- Strong SAP skills; proficient in Excel and financial systems (TM1/Aspire a plus).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
