Multiple Project/Program Management Roles | Start ASAP | Long-term Contracts

Looking to level up your career in technology, automation, and power systems? We’re hiring experienced Program & Project Managers to lead high-impact initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and drive end-to-end delivery of critical technology projects.

Open Roles:

RPA Program Manager – Lead automation strategy, roadmap, execution, system integration & SOP development.

Power Systems Subnet Project Manager – Manage grid-focused tech projects, ensure compliance, and drive Subnet implementation across multiple stations.

Rate Range: $75-85/hr 

What You’ll Do (Both Roles):

• Manage complex technical projects/programs with multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, tech, and operations teams
• Oversee technology implementation, testing & data conversion
• Track schedules, budgets, risks & ensure timely delivery
• Maintain documentation & deliver high-quality outputs

What You Need:

• 5+ years in Program/Project Management (technical environment)
• Strong experience with tech implementation & data conversion
• Agile/Waterfall + JIRA/Confluence proficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership & risk management skills

Bonus: PMP/Agile cert, utility/regulated industry experience, NERC knowledge
