Pay Range: $53/hr - $62/hr

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead a program within a large, enterprise-wide initiative focused on optimizing Control Management programs.
• This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to facilitate and bring diverse stakeholders together to drive timely decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead one or multiple programs under the change initiative, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
• Facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders, driving consensus and timely execution of deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams to gather recommendations, synthesize inputs, and present actionable plans.
• Support required activities using standard templates and processes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise change procedures.
• Track milestones and manage timelines for assigned programs.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and working teams to maintain transparency and accountability.

Required Skill:

• 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with executive presence.
• Experience in governance, risk, and control frameworks (RCSA, Issue Management, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Comfortable delivering on people, process, and technology change.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with control management programs and/or best practices.
