Pay Range: $85 to $95 an hour.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager with strong expertise in technology procurement, vendor management, and enterprise sourcing strategy. This role will support sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, infrastructure, and technology services within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience driving cost optimization, supplier negotiations, procurement transformation, and contract management activities. The position requires collaboration with finance, legal, operations, and technology stakeholders to support procurement objectives and operational efficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for software, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, and technology services procurement.
• Manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ activities including supplier evaluations, negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Develop sourcing strategies to support cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and technology teams to support sourcing decisions.
• Analyze supplier performance, spend data, and procurement metrics to identify savings opportunities and operational improvements.
• Support vendor governance, supplier risk management, and procurement compliance activities.
• Prepare executive level reporting, dashboards, business cases, and procurement presentations.
• Drive procurement process improvements and support enterprise wide sourcing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Strong experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and technology services.
• Experience managing RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Strong knowledge of procurement operations, supplier governance, and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience with procurement analytics, reporting, and spend analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within financial services, consulting, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting procurement transformation or process automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools and procurement automation platforms.
• Experience working with ERP system, procurement platforms, and analytics tools.
• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
