Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- The role involves payroll processing, payroll data audits, SAP system updates, compliance support, reporting, and employee payroll issue resolution.
- 3+ years of payroll experience in a large organization
- Experience with SAP ECP, Oracle, or similar HCM/payroll systems
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, garnishments, Union Payroll, and HR system.
- Process payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple pay frequencies
- Perform payroll adjustments, audits, reconciliations, and data entry
- Manage garnishments and ensure payroll compliance
- Generate payroll reports and analyze data using Excel
- Support SAP/Ora_cle payroll system updates and testing
- Resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams on payroll initiatives
- Excel assessment during 2nd round onsite interview (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis)
