Compensation:
• NYC: $90-$95/hr 
• Nashville: $80-$85/hr 

About the Role:
This is an executive-level leadership role responsible for driving Oracle Fusion implementation stabilization efforts across Paramount's global Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) organization. The selected consultant will partner closely with senior leadership, including the SVP of Source-to-Pay and Global Process Owners, to ensure successful post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, operational readiness, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide PTP stabilization initiatives during Oracle Fusion deployment and hypercare phases
• Serve as the primary liaison between Oracle Fusion program teams and PTP business functions
• Manage stabilization plans across Accounts Payable, Payments, Procurement, Supplier Portal, Vendor Onboarding, and Supplier Master Data
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational and system issues and drive permanent corrective actions
• Coordinate risk management, issue resolution, governance, and executive reporting
• Lead change management, organizational readiness, training, and adoption activities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Procurement, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, SLA reporting, and program health metrics
• Support automation and AI-driven initiatives including invoice automation, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and operational controls

Required Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, or ERP Transformation
• Minimum 5 years operating at VP-level or equivalent leadership capacity
• Hands-on experience leading or co-leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations
• Strong Oracle Fusion expertise across:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Payments
Supplier Portal
Procurement
Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end PTP processes:
Invoicing
Disbursements
Vendor Onboarding
Supplier Master Data Management
• Experience managing large-scale, global, multi-workstream transformation programs
• Strong background in:

Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
• Experience with AI-enabled finance/procurement automation
• Exposure to OCR, RPA, Intelligent Invoice Processing, Predictive Analytics, or Agentic Workflows
• Experience with Graphite Connect
• Fortune 500 or large enterprise transformation experience
• Global Shared Services / GBS experience
• Media or Entertainment industry background
