Job Title: Structural Engineer

Employment Type: Direct Hire FTE

Location: Crawfordville, IN

Shift: 8AM TO 5PM EST

Schedule Options: Monday to Friday

Salary: $11000/ annum - $12000/annum

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior and professional engineers on structural engineering projects.
• Design and draft steel structures using engineering and design tools such as Autodesk Inventor.
• Work directly with customers to understand project requirements and support design solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Track and report project progress to internal teams, engineers, and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and customer requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and steel structures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing steel structures.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D design/drafting software.
• Customer-facing engineering or project experience.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, drawings, and project reports.
