  • As the Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in our major infrastructure revamp exercise, enabling long-term strategic technical delivery for a multi-disciplined risk analytic team within the Capital Markets Counterparty Credit Risk Management Team.

  • Leverage best practices in continuous efforts related to migration, integration and delivery, with a strong commitment to quality of the final product.
  • Lead the technical work leveraging expertise from backend and frontend developers to assess technical complexity and decide on best technical approach. Collaborate with other teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical solution alignment.
  • Provide hands-on development support in the form of code review, code modification and code contributions as needed during the course of transition;
  • Have a proven track record of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Be responsible for delivering and supporting features to production, ensuring quality controls are in place. Work with your team to harden, monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production.
  • Partner with and support other teams as required; there are many teams, yet we are one team.

 

 

De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?

Doit avoir

 

  • 5+ years leading software delivery experience with practitioner expertise with object-oriented and event-driven architecture (OOAD & SOLID principles) and skills in the following areas:
  • Data Engineering & Dashboard Development: Expert in object oriented programming, especially Python and PySpark; Experience with building dashboards using Plotly and Dash in Python
  • Cloud and Containers: AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Docker
  • SQL/Data Stores: SQL, PostgreSQL, S3, HDFS 
  • Service Telemetry: Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Jaeger and similar tools
  • CI/CD pipeline design, development
  • Hands on experience with system configuration and DevOps tools (Jira, Git, GitHub and Confluence)
  • Familiarity running distributed Machine Learning workloads in cluster orchestrated environments
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, with proven ability to grow and mentor more junior technical professionals 

 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Airflow, graph databases, Jupyter Notebooks, other ML-related technologies
  • IAPP CIPT Certified
  • Programming skills in Java Script would be an asset
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Web Development would be an asset
