Day To Day Responsibilities:
Will be the primary engineer in focusing on New Franchise openings and closing. This will involve :
  • Expertise in setting up, troubleshooting and maintenance of IPSEC VPN tunnels on ASA firewalls and Silverpeak SDWAN appliances.
  • Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting of NAT Policies, and whitelisting on Orchestrators like FMC, Silverpeak EC, CDO etc.
  • Configurations of ASA/FTD firewalls and Cisco Switches
  • Responsiveness and planning capabilities to co-ordinate with Franchise Owners to establish connectivity.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing complex networks, including firewalls (SDWAN, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of switches, firewalls, and security concepts (IOS, NEXUS, ASA, VPN, ACL, STP, SNMP).
  • Experience with ITIL platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge with SolarWinds for monitoring, scripting, and assets management.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, GRE).
  • 3+ years’ experience in network support, design, and/or architecture on moderately complex networks.
Nice To Have:
  • CCNA or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Knowledgeable of Load balancers (F5) and VOIP technologies (Mitel, Cisco, etc.)
