URGENT HIRING for BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGER at NEW YORK, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of team to deliver the Tax Operations work stream deliverables, including coordination and analysis of activities across Change Management, Global Tax Policy and Technology
  • Co-ordinate with the client outreach team to ensure Tax documentation is in place at our agent banks
  • Work with Change Management to track and build high level plans and timelines
  • Track and communicate delivery status
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Work with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and Experience of Tax Operations
  • Understanding how Trade positions are managed and maintained (Buy / Sell trades, Transfers in and Out, Journal entry movements etc)
  • Knowledge of Operational Processing within Global Markets, particularly Tax Operations, Corporate Actions and Dividends
  • Knowledge and Understanding of US Tax Withholding and Reporting concepts
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects to plan
  • Knowledge of structured project management methods
  • Experience of requirements gathering and test preparation
  • Experience of working in Financial Services
