Pay Rate: ($17-$18) hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and assesses current procedures and identifies opportunities to improve claimant service, effectiveness and productivity
- Works with Enablement Manager to escalate and resolve all technology roadblocks for new and existing agents
- Handles escalated calls from call agents and helps resolve issues and/or escalating to Supervisor Leads as needed for resolutionEducation.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2+ year experience working in a call center environment.Required Skills
- Familiarity with MSt Office tools
- Computer skills
- Good customer service experience
- Good ability to talk/interact with individuals
- Medical Background will be preferred more.
