Position: RPA Process Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Day To Day Responsbilities:

Resources will be partnering with the solution architects to help build out justifications.

Once justifications are completed they will be taking them to governance for approval. If approved, the process design will take place.

Once the design is completed, these resources will work with the technology and development teams to ensure what they have outlined is correct.
Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2-3 years with process design
- Process Design experience within a RPA environment
- Process Mapping experience – 2 years
- Agile Certified and has real world experience
- Resource will be responsible to run all scrum related meetings
- Banking/ Finance Experience
- Soft Skills – requires minimum hand holding, has a strong personality and it not afraid to give push back. We want someone who can take initiative and knows how to drive conversations effectively.
