Job Title: Weld Tech Instructor 

Duration: Fulltime 

Work Location: Crawfordsville, IN 47933 (100% Onsite) 

Schedule: Mon-Fri: Std Business Hours

Job Description: 

  • To ensure Client's products meet customer specifications and quality standards through thorough testing, measurement, and inspection 

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Testing Client's products 
  • Measuring dimensions on products to make sure they match the design 
  • Weld inspections 
  • Verify and document that finished product has been manufactured in such a manner that meets the requirements of the customer specifications and AWS D1.1 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in blueprint reading and layout. 
  • VT Level II or CWI certification OR UT Level II or MT Level II 
  • Organizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them. 

  

Plusses: 

  • Experience with the manufacture of steel transmission/distribution monopole structures. 
  • Experience with galvanizing and coatings inspections.
