Location: (On-site) Plano, TX
 
About the role:
We are looking for experienced software developers with a robust background in Java and the Spring Framework. Proficiency in relational databases is essential, along with cloud experience, preferably with AWS. You will be working on new generation of Clients core platform. As a developer, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of feature delivery, including coding, unit testing, functional testing, and deployment to production. 
 
 
Responsibility:
  • Design, develop and maintain Java applications
  • Write well-designed, testable and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the best practices for software development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies
 
Qualifications(Must Haves):
  • Java – 7+ years
  • Spring Framework – 5+ years
  • Cloud experience – 2+ years AWS preferred
  • Experience designing and building event based microservices
 
Preferred: 
  • Experience building and deploying cloud native apps – preferably AWS.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design
  • Strong design pattern fundamentals
  • Experience in financial services industry
  • experience working with SQL as well as NoSQL dbs
