Duties:
- Will be working in a fast-paced product development team, focusing on the process side of the project.
- They will collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineers to drive project success.
- Will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of new product designs and translate them into production processes.
- They need to develop and validate new fixtures and equipment for production use.
- R&D and PD/ process validation.
- Design work 20% or less/ Need more on the process development.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (Mech, Bio preferred)
- 5-6 years’ experience in Process Development at a medical device company;
- Process Validation experience – TMV/IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, Equipment development, documentation, and validation.

- Statistical Analysis (Minitab)
- Equipment Specs/Protocols (writing/testing)
