Position Details:-
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with CHO cell culture.
- Ability to manage high-throughput cell culture screens (5,000 clonal cell lines simultaneously).
- Experience with single cell cloning, hitpick, and scale-up of suspension cell lines.
- Registration of cell lines in client's electronic notebook and documentation of cell growth metrics.
- Onsite role with 100% in-lab focus for cell culture execution.
- Willing to learn hands-on laboratory operations such as molecular biology, shake flask, bench scale bioreactor and novel culture platforms.
- Contribute to written technical reports, Regulatory filing support, present in group meetings, and work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- B.S/M.S. with 8 to10 years and Ph.D. with 0-2 years of experience in a relevant scientific discipline (biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering).
- Excellent communication, technical report writing, and presentation skills and aptitude for creative problem solving.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and adhere to timelines.
- Ability to think critically and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
