Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst OR Product Owner in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on claims processing.
- Experience in P&C insurance or commercial insurance
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with technical teams.
- Strong understanding of claims transformation projects and financial aspects of claims.
- Experience working on portfolio driven initiatives involving data, claims, and finance.
- Exposure to reinsurance projects and modernization initiatives.
- Some background in project management or product management.
- Experience working with a wide range of initiatives within the claims domain.
- Familiarity with agility and various project types.
NiceToHave: Experience with Guidewire and its role in commercial claims processing.
Pay Rate Range: $50-$70/hr
