Job Description:
• We are seeking a dedicated Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team.
• This advanced position requires a professional who can interact effectively with providers and ancillary staff to manage provider enrollment and DLE maintenance for Medicaid programs.
• The role offers a potential work-from-home opportunity based on performance, with specific requirements for those located within and beyond 60 miles of Austin.
Responsibilities:
• Professionally interact with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment for Medicaid programs.
• Complete 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests using documented work instructions, while meeting daily quotas.
• Identify and notify providers of incomplete or inaccurate applications, and make necessary revisions based on QA audits.
• Respond to inquiries about the status of received applications.
• Research and contact providers to resolve enrollment application deficiencies.
• Adhere to the Quality Assurance program, maintaining a minimum quality score of 98%.
• Recommend process improvements to management for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed based on production inventory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education Qualification:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
