• About the Role:
  This role is responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements to achieve business goals.
• The individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and refine requirements into specifications for the Development Team(s).

Responsibilities:

• Understand stakeholder needs and create solutions to solve problems.
• Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
• Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
• Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
• Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications, identify integration points, and design end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure changes to applications comply with standards and policies.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure changes meet requirements and assist with acceptance testing.
• Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting.
• Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to analyze and improve processes and solutions

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills:

• Experience working in Agile methodology and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle phases.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project management.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Salary Range:

$50 to %53/hr.
