About the Role:

• This position involves processing commercial loan transactions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• The role requires a solid understanding of Syndicated Loan Agency servicing, including participation bought, rollovers, funding, invoicing, and billing processes.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking assigned transactions and ensuring their completion on time, as well as daily reporting of processed activities and transactions.

Pay Range: $25- $30

Responsibilities-

• Process commercial loan transactions within agreed timelines and accuracy standards.
• Understand and manage Syndicated Loan Agency servicing, including participation bought, rollovers, funding, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Track assigned transactions and ensure timely completion.
• Report daily on activities and transactions processed.
• Process and authorize daily transactions, including reserving funds, funding with Treasury, and managing drawdowns, rollovers, payments, and fees.
• Review and execute swift payments according to deal requirements.

Education Qualification-

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills -

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Syndications and Corporate Lending operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner to meet production service levels.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
