Pay Range : $60 to $65
Job Description:

• Design, develop, enhance, and support complex software applications using Java, Kafka, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL, with a focus on high performance and scalability.

• Lead or contribute to the architecture and integration of microservices and APIs, leveraging XML/JSON, middleware platforms (Mule ESB, WebLogic, JBoss), and event-driven systems.

• Participate in Agile development processes including CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and unit testing using JUnit, Cucumber, or similar tools.

• Monitor and optimize application performance using APM tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics; perform triage and causal analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external developers, providing technical direction where needed and contributing to automation and shared solutions.

Must-Haves:

• 8–10 years of experience in Java/J2EE development with strong SQL/PLSQL skills (Oracle).

• Experience with Kafka, integration platforms (e.g., Mule ESB), and Agile SDLC methodologies.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Plusses:

• MuleSoft certification and prior experience in the financial domain.

• Experience with middleware administration and performance tuning tools.
