About the Role:

• We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team, focusing on creating end-to-end digital experiences for customer-facing healthcare products and services.
• This role involves working within squads dedicated to key areas such as Women’s Health, Personalized Medicine, and First Contact Navigation.
• The position requires a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office on Tuesdays, and involves onsite visits within hospitals, clinics, and home visits.

Pay Range: $35- $39

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with squads to design digital experiences for healthcare products.
• Utilize Figma for design tasks and maintain a digital portfolio.
• Design for native mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms, covering UX strategy to visual design.
• For the First Contact Navigation role, engage in UX Content Writing and AI conversational design.
• Communicate design rationale and advocate for customer needs.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across design workstreams and cross-functional partners.

Education Qualification:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design for complex, customer-facing digital experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to provide a digital portfolio.
• Experience in designing for native mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate, operate independently, and manage feedback.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience in UX Content Writing and AI conversational design for specific roles.
