Job Title: Product Owner / Agile Project Manager
Location: Onsite - in Chicago, IL
Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner / Agile Project Manager to lead and oversee an Oracle development team supporting a major data hub within an information security group. This is a critical role requiring strong product management skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders
• Gather and refine feedback, demo ongoing work, and realign product priorities
• Maintain product roadmaps and communicate progress, risks, and metrics to leadership
• Configure and manage Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or ADO
• Develop dashboards and reporting views for leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and escalate critical blockers or issues outside the team’s control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives from retrospective insights

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or project management within enterprise environments
• Proven ability to work and lead within Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels, including executives and technical teams
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and negotiating trade-offs
• Proficient in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
• Data-driven decision-making and planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry
