Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Delphi Developer with a strong secondary experience in .NET to join our growing development team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, with a primary focus on Delphi-based systems.
• You will work alongside other developers to enhance the functionality of both legacy and modern applications, while leveraging .NET technologies to integrate and extend these solutions.

• Delphi Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi and RAD Studio. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Delphi code.
• Work on both new features and maintenance of existing Delphi applications.
• Develop database-driven applications, integrating with SQL Server, Oracle, or other databases.
• .NET Development: Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.). Integrate .NET components with Delphi-based systems when necessary.
• Assist in the transition of legacy systems to modern .NET frameworks.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Business) to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
