About the Role:
- This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- The role requires reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that necessitate in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- The position also involves contributing to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
- Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are essential components of this role.
Responsibilities:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.

Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations.

Collaborate and consult strategically with client personnel.

Establish SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines from scratch for enterprise solutions.

Lead and implement enterprise and tech mandated non-functional requirements (NFR).
-
Align and deliver on performance metrics and SLAs, building tools and frameworks to ensure adherence.
-
Work closely with partners in Infosec, Infrastructure, and Operations to align with technology standards.

Identify, manage, and remediate IT risk and tech debt.
-
Leverage various approved on-prem and cloud capabilities for seamless CI/CD integration.

Establish production operating model, change, incident, and defect management.
-
Establish frameworks and best practices for seamless integration.
Required Skill
-
7+ years of hands-on experience with SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with enterprise & tech mandated non-functional requirements (NFR).

Experience with performance metrics, SLAs, and technology practices.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift containers.

Experience with Cloud Providers like Openshift (OCP), GCP, Azure.

Experience with Eclipse/intelliJ IDE.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, UCD, GitHub, Maven, Gradle.

Experience with DevSecOps tools like SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck.

Experience with Deployment, Logging, Monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, Liquibase.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell.

Experience with test frameworks using Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, Jmeter, RestAssured, Postman.

Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum/Kanban.

Experience working in Jira, Confluence.

Experience with ServiceNow workflows to manage production changes, incidents, and defects.
