Must Have:

Full Stack Development experience with .NET Core (back-end focused) and Angular 8+ (front-end), ideally Angular 11 or higher.

Experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead across multiple applications.

Strong background in re-platforming, application modernization, or lift-and-shift projects.

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (preferably Playwright).

Experience supporting production releases and driving DevOps best practices.
Nice To Have:

Experience migrating applications into OpenShift or other containerized environments.

Exposure to SQL Server or MongoDB.

Prior experience working in enterprise environments managing multiple applications simultaneously.
