Title: Maximo Tester (QA)

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $38/hr - $42/hr

About the Role:

 We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Maximo Application Tester. This role is based onsite in Dallas, Texas, and involves working closely with our development and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards of software functionality and performance.

**Responsibilities**

• Conduct manual testing of the Maximo Application 7.6 to identify and resolve software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects and testing progress. - Participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software updates.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Maximo Automation Testing frameworks.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving testing processes and methodologies.

**Education Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Required Skills**

• Functional knowledge of Maximo Application 7.6.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking and project management. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Maximo Automation Testing frameworks is a plus.

**Nice to Have Skills**

• Industry experience in Energy and Utility sectors.
• Additional certifications or training in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
