Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements

• Design, write, and execute test cases (manual and automated)

• Perform Functional and Regression testing using Cypress

• Conduct API testing with Postman or Insomnia

• Log and track defects using Jira

• Manage test cases in tools like qTest or Octane

• Write and run SQL queries for data validation

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Document process flows and assist with requirement analysis

• Work independently and take ownership of QA deliverables

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & self-starter mindset

• 5+ years in Manual and Automation testing

• Proficient in Cypress and JavaScript

• Skilled in API testing (Postman/Insomnia)

• Solid understanding of SQL

• Experience with test management tools (qTest, Octane, etc.)

• Familiar with Jira

• Experience in Agile environments
