Must-haves:

Strong Windows Server Experience for over 7+yrs - Hands-on experience deploying and managing Windows Servers -Experience with clustering and application installation (e.g., SQL)

Hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services)

Networking - Solid understanding of networking concepts

Experience with some firewall configuration

Hypervisors - Experience with Hyper-V is acceptable (Nutanix)

Cloud - Some exposure to cloud environments

Automation/scripting - PowerShell or any scripting language and Ability to troubleshoot

AWS Knowledgw - Ability to answer operational or scenario-based questions Example: How to deploy a 3-4 tier application to AWS and which resources to use.
