Major Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Develop and automate financial reports .

Perform data uploads, reconciliations, and portfolio tracking in financial systems.

Support accounting functions such as journal entries and month-end close.

Ensure accuracy of financial data for leasing and investment portfolios.
Must Haves:
- Proficient in excel (uploads to the system, portfolio purchases, through tech tools)
- Reporting and analytics experience
- Accounting background
- SQL experience
- Experience with alteryx or tableau (can be alteryx, tableau and oracle (used the most))
Plusses:
- Alpha platform experience
- Leasing background
- Working on agile team (familiar with how to manage technical work)
